Hasbro announced a running change to the Vintage Collection cardbacks. See below.
Who asked for a change? How is this a fresh look? It is not! We already had this look back in 2004, including a cross sell look with other figures in the line. And we had exactly this look with the Woolworth Darth Vader in 2005. See below.
Hasbro was on track with the line. We had the exact feel of Vintage and now we will not. Why would anyone want a "fresh" look when we want Vintage? This change will break the look of the line.
Below are Vintage cardbacks from the past. This is how it should be. Why would I want to see a pic of what I just bought on the back of the card? Fans and collectors had always been teased with what else is available in the line.
I know quite a lot of collectors are upset, to the point that they will buy less.
This change is a wrong move.

Posted - 10/12/2023 : 06:58:22 AM Ich bin total gegen diese neue Cardbacks. Ich finde es immer schöner, wenn man die andere Figuren auf der Rückseite. Ich weiß Hasbro hat dann Probleme, dass Figuren werden dann auf die "Preview" Events enthüllt bevor Hasbro die ankündigen kann, aber Hasbro sollte besser aufpassen und nicht den Cardback ändern.
